As Quantum Physics shows us, what we see when we look around us, is all a grand illusion. Things that appear “real” and solid are in truth more space than anything, and it’s all moving! All that is truly real is that we are energy ~ everything is energy, and everything is connected. You are a part of a larger whole, and you are whole in and of yourself!. We, each of us, are connected to all others. All else is merely the “appearance” of a “reality.” What matters is our energy.
We can use sound, for example, to bring ourselves into an experience of wholeness. By listening to the Heart energy (frequency) of (528Hz) or higher frequencies, our lives transform into magical existences.
As mentioned, the world changes when we change ourselves, because we create the world from within us. To create the world we want from within us, we must connect with our wholeness.

Set for three hours, this group is known to go on for much longer some days! Lynda tries to lead a meditation each week and provide support to all who are struggling.
