Tools I Use – an Overview

March 8, 2010 by Lynda Lamp 2 Comments

Where to start…it’s been my dilemma with this Blog, then, a friend of mine called me after just having dinner together the night before. She wanted to know everything I had done to effect this “transformation” she’s seen in me.

I can, and eventually will say a lot more about the hows and the whys of my decisions and the changes they’ve brought about, in me and around me; my “transformation.” It seems the most important thing at the moment though, is to share the nuts and bolts of my behavior, my actions, and the practical “tools” I use so that others begin to benefit. As my friend pointed out, whatever it is, I’m doing is apparently working. She’s not the only one to make these remarks. I have had the framework of this Blog sitting here, because of similar feedback, but I’ve been struggling with where, or how to start.

I’ll start with the tools I use and will work the background in as it fits. To effect change in your life, I ask you to suspend your beliefs for a while and be willing to adopt some new habits. I won’t tell you it will be easy; to effect change, you must be patient and focused. What I will say to you is this: I “flipped a switch” in my approach to life 3 years ago, and at this point, I’m pain-free and feel as energetic, or more, than I did as a teenager.

So stay tuned for my next post, and here’s to your wellness and happiness!

I welcome your comments and questions.

Thank You, Dear Reader,
Namaste`

What a great job you are doing!!!

THe water has been helping……when I went to Wisc. a week without my water, I felt like a mental mess. I’m back on the water, but need to add the focus to my change as you mentioned. Everyone is so different, that it is my work to figure out my own path. Will be good to talk to you again.
